One funny thing about myself is wherever I travel, it always rain (even in South Africa!) but this time seems to be the most severe. During two days in Khon Kaen, it rained cats and dogs because of the monsoon, from the first minute at we touched down until the last minute before boarding on a plane back. Luckily, Wishing Tree Resort is created to match the scenario. With its secluded location, nature-inspired design and super lazy ambiance, my stay was extremely enjoyable, even I spent most of the time in my room (and although i didn’t get a chance to meet and greet the football team that shares the same owner as the hotel) A plus? The bed was super comfy! Perfect for listening to the rainfall.
