When it comes to summer, Chiang Mai is not the first choice for most Thais. Located in a basin, the city can be pretty toasted diring summer time. But from my last trip, I realized it wasn’t so bad after all. You just have to know the right place to be.
This trip, we stayed at Rarinjinda Wellness Spa Resort. The hidden gem of Wat Ket community, the place is tucked between the greenery that makes you feel like you are in a tropical paradise. Apart from the big swimming pool, they also have the hydrotherapy pool and onsen pools available, and the spa! The brand is actually very famous for spa, so famous that they decided to open 2 more in Bangkok.
What I love here, apart from the spa, the hydro pool and the breakfast spot by the river, is the ancient wooden house located at the heart of it. Nowadays it’s not easy to see this in such a good shape, and I have to admit it fits the aurroundings completely.
